If you are renting, buying or own your property, a rental or lease agreement, purchase agreement or proof of ownership is required.  In certain circumstances additional identification may be required.

Note: All fields with the asterisk (*) are required.  Incomplete applications will not be processed.  Information on this application will be used for the purpose of a credit check through Experian.  Notice: Central Electric will only run one credit check per service location.  Depending on the results of your credit check, you may be required to pay a deposit in full, prior to electric service being connected.

FlexPay Terms of Service
I understand that enrolling in the FLEXPAY program at Central Electric Membership Corporation is at my discretion.  I understand that my electric service will be subject to immediate disconnection any time my account does not have a credit balance and disconnections will be made by a remote service switch installed at the meter.  I understand that I will not receive any “Notice of Disconnection” prior to any disconnection for a negative prepaid balance.  I understand that FLEXPAY accounts are not eligible for payment arrangements and energy assistance payments will be credited to my account once the payment is received by CEMC.
I understand that medical conditions, being over 65 years of age, and/or inclement weather will not postpone disconnection.
